This course is a monthly case conference on psychoanalytic psychotherapy that will focus on clinical case material to illustrate, expand and discuss a range of topics in the work of psychotherapy.  The course is designed for clinicians of all levels of training who are interested in increasing their understanding of psychoanalytic ideas in psychotherapy.  Gerald Fogel, MD and Peter Armstrong, PhD will each lead 4 sessions of this course with a co-teacher.  Begins September 8 and continues the second Tuesday of each month.  Optional readings will be provided.

Peter Armstrong, PhD is on the faculty and is the current President of the Oregon Psychoanalytic Center.  Dr. Armstrong is also a founding member of the OPC Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Program.

Gerald Fogel, MD is a training and supervising analyst and faculty member of the Oregon Psychoanalytic Center.  Dr. Fogel is also a former Director of the Oregon Psychoanalytic Institute and current chair of the OPI Curriculum Committee.
