Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion group will explore ways to increase diversity within the OPC community and its existing programs. In addition to thinking about human diversity along traditional lines such as race, class, and gender, our discussions will also touch upon broader notions of diversity, including matters of prejudice and “difference” as they pertain to psychotherapeutic activity, and the inclusion of multiple voices in our organization. We welcome your thoughts and ideas and encourage your participation.
