These various forms of superego often undermine the healing and transformation that are made possible through the therapeutic process. We will be engaging in discussions and explorations of various ways to work with these destructive forces. Additionally, this class will include looking at the importance of healthy aggression, and its relationship to patterns of self-sabotage.
